Gary has been in the carpet cleaning business for over 30 years. His area of expertise is in specialty fabric and specialty area rug cleaning. A bad vehicle accident cut his career short, however he still is around to answer any and all questions and is still the acting president. Gary loves to travel with his wife Lauri, is a daily client of the local gym, Original Joe’s and loves to spend time with his mini me his grandson Kohen

Lauri has owned and operated her own business for the past 35 years specializing in marketing, advertising and team building.

Lauri loves to travel and says when she retires she would love to just stay on a ship and cruise everywhere. Often spotted at the local casino and is a huge supporter of all our 4 legged furry friends.

Her favorite time of day is happy hour ☺

General Manager

Princess

Craig is our General Manager and has been with New Look Home Services since 2006. He is our jack of all trades, he started in the carpet cleaning department then moved on to the air duct side and has now made himself at home in the HVAC business.

In his spare time Craig enjoys camping with his 3 children and his wife. Craig is a licenced gas fitter and has his IICRC & IIAQC 

Office Manager

Chrystal is our Office Manager and the friendly face you see when you walk in our front door. She has been with New Look since 2012. She is a proud member of the Chilliwack Curling Club and enjoys hanging out with her daughter and partner.

She just loves loves loves Mexican food.

Operations Manager

Jon has been with New Look off and on since 1994. He started as a young man doing odd small jobs in the warehouse. He then began his carpet cleaning career and did that for many years. He is our prudent operations manager and keeps our vans and equipment running smoothly. Jon is an avid golfer and loves a good game of poker and darts. He is married and has 2 daughters. Jon has his IICRC as well as being a licensed gas fitter and air duct cleaner.

Admin Assistant

Rachel

Rachel is our Admin Assistant she is one of the friendly voices answering the phone. She’s been with New Look since February 2022. In her spare time she loves camping with her family and quilting. Plus, she enjoys supporting the local hockey team GO CHIEFS!

Lead Air Duct Cleaner

Jayden is our Lead Air Duct Cleaner.

Jayden has been with us since August 2022. He is our Lead tech on our Air Duct truck! He enjoys gaming and spending quality time with his friends and girlfriend. He loves fast cars and loud music.

Head Carpet Cleaner

Kai is our Head Carpet Cleaner.

Kai has been with us since Nov 2022. He is our Lead carpet cleaner. Our customers have just fallen in love with him! He is a proud Camaro driver. He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and fiends. You can find him racing in Mission on any given weekend!

Kael is our Install Assistant

Kael is back for his second time with New Look Home Services. When is not on a snowboard going down the slopes. He is out cutting a rug on the dance floor. He is the son of our General Manager Craig. He is a huge asset to our install team! Just proves that New Look Home Services is an amazing place to work!

Duct Helper / Carpet Cleaner

Andre Duct Helper / Carpet Cleaner.

Andre is our newest member of our team! Just joined us this year! However, is an amazing addition. He helps out on our Air Duct Truck and Cleans carpets. He enjoys playing baseball in the spring and summer and darts in the fall and winter!
