The inspections take anywhere from 15-45 minutes & there is no cost or obligation for this service.

Furnace Inspection Package

Recommended every 1-2 years. $199.99
Our licenced gas fitter will inspect:

  • Carbon Monoxide, spillage, and gas leaks
  • Inspect Heat exchanger, and ALL safety devices
  • Main burner, Pilot/Ignitor, and Blower assembly
  • Lubricate Motor, and all moving parts
  • Check temp. rise and adjust Belt/Blower
  • Ensure furnace meets Gas Safety regulations
  • Perform a flu gas analysis to give accurate efficiency rating of your appliance

Furnace Maintenance

Furnace Inspection DELUXE Package

Recommended every 2-3 years. $299.99
(Approx. 2 hour full service of furnace )

Our licensed gas fitter will inspect/clean:

  • Includes all of the regular furnace package plus
  • Remove & clean main burner/pilot assembly
  • Remove & clean blower assembly/blower motor
  • Clean the interior of heat exchanger
  • Clean/replace filter as required

AC & Heat Pump Maintenance

Classic Package

Recommended every 2 years. $299.99
Our licensed gas fitter will inspect/clean:

  • *Evaporator coil and outside condenser coil
  • Outdoor fan/motor amperage A
  • All safety Control
  • Air distribution
  • Operation of blower assembly
  • Blower Motor/amperage
  • Perform temperature drop/adjust if necessary
  • Humidifier damper (inspect/adjust)

Hot Water Tank Maintenance

Our licensed gas fitter will inspect/clean:

  • Carbon Monoxide
  • Holding Tank
  • Main burner and pilot
  • Flush sediment tank
  • Proper Operation/correct settings
  • Sufficient combustion air
  • Ensure water heater meets fuel safety regulations

Gas Fireplace Maintenance

Recommended every 1-2 years. $189.99
Our licensed gas fitter will inspect/clean:

  • Carbon Monoxide
  • Remove logs & clean
  • Repaint back wall
  • All burner ports
  • Cleans glass
  • Gas pipes & fittings
  • Inspect fan control/operation
  • Clean heat exchanger & checks for cracks/defects
