Our office will call you the day before your scheduled appointment and give you an arrival time. Most appointments will have a 2 hour window for arrival but we will try to accommodate your schedule as best we can. We will also happily have our office call you at any pre-arranged time prior to our technician arriving on the day of cleaning if you are meeting us at the home.
We ask that you move any breakables off the area to be cleaned as well as off any furniture that we will be moving and replacing during cleaning. (ie lamps, plants and ornaments)
Please note our technicians will not move wall units, televisions or any other electronic equipment. Only beds that are not attached to headboards and are on wheels will be moved.
If closets are to be cleaned, the doors must be left open and the floor cleared completely of any items. Walk in closets will be charged a small additional fee for cleaning.
If New Look Home Services (formerly Sears) is cleaning your air duct system, we ask you to clear away any furniture which may impede our access to the room vents. We also ask that you make clear passage to the main ducts especially when located in crawl spaces.
When in the home our technicians will inform you about the benefits of Carpet and Upholstery Protector as well as odor control products based on your needs. These are optional additional services which are not included in your quoted cleaning price.
We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment that you give us 24 hours notice so that we may refill your cleaning spot.
After your cleaning, our office will again contact you within 48 hours to make sure you were happy with the clean. Sometimes during the drying process something may wick or a concern may arise, this is what we want to know so that we may return and make it right immediately.
